John is a senior corporate lawyer admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales, the Republic of Ireland and as an attorney at law in New York. He joins us from international law firm Clyde & Co LLP where he was Legal Director of the corporate law team. With 12+ years’ experience of complex and high value M&A deals spanning a broad variety of sectors, John brings with him significant expertise that allows us to carry out more of our underwriting in house and means our broking partners are always talking to the decision makers.
