Themis Underwriting are ecstatic to announce the arrival of Naomi Collins, who joins the team as a Senior Underwriter. Naomi is a senior corporate lawyer admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and has a number of years’ experience providing transaction liability insurance for complex M&A transactions. She has worked across a number of jurisdictions, with particular focus on the US market, where she has assisted clients in a broad range of industry sectors. Prior to joining Themis, Naomi was a senior transaction liability underwriter at CFC Underwriting Ltd, following a successful career in-house and in private practice at several pre-eminent London firms, including Slaughter & May and Hogan Lovells.
