’Sam recently joined Themis as a Senior Underwriter and brings to the team 12 years’ experience in the insurance market, the majority of which has focused on corporate and transactional work in the insurance sector.
Prior to joining Themis, Sam worked as the Corporate Counsel for Neon Underwriting where he was responsible for all corporate projects and initiatives, and insurance linked securities matters.
Prior to this, Sam spent over four years in private practice in the corporate and insurance business groups of an international law firm, and before that six years working in-house for a reinsurance company focusing on SEC regulatory advice, corporate finance and corporate governance.
